Olivier Fontaine

Olivier Fontaine graduated as an engineer and holds a Complementary Master Degree in Management from the Solvay Business School in Brussels. After a 10 years career in consulting in the private sector, he joined the European Commission in 2007.  Since then, he was involved in a range of topics including e-Justice, maritime policy, sport policy and research. He is currently dealing with issues related to culture and the music sector in the unit responsible for the European cultural policy. Passionate about music, he is playing the guitar in several bands.
